If you like the place otherwise, stick it out and get some enjoyment out of your investment. New owner will have to honor any existing lease so get with your landlord to prepare a written lease, but you don't have to execute it until they have a potential buyer to whom they must disclose any existing lease obligations. You can execute it right before they disclose, giving you a year from that point.
On the bright side, you may find the new owners like you and want to continue the business relationship.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
