Panic attacks: I would say that its most likely just a coincidence. Do you notably remember the times you've had a 'panic attacks' when something bad HASN'T happened?! Most likely not, because there would be nothing to remember them by other than that they were just panic attacks for no reason.
As for being able to read people when you meet them, I would say that maybe this is just good observation skills, conscious or subconscious. A good body language/facial expression reader is usually able to tell how a person is feeling, or guess that given person's character traits (and make an educated guess on their history/experiences). You may also, yet again, be (subconsciously) selecting to remember the times where you meet people and DO get it right, rather than the times where you don't.
Also, do you literally try and figure out every single person you meet on a day-to-day basis? I hope not, as I think that would probably be quite annoying for people who meet you. As for dogs and babies... I think they tend to pick up on and mimic what is going on around them.
So maybe the reason why dogs/babies act calm around you is because you act calm yourself? Have you ever started frantically stressing out around a dog...? If you have ever, then you may find the dog acting similarly...after all, they are pack animals, and are greatly influenced by their leader/pack members? I hate to start paraphrasing a charlatan self-help book such as 'The Secret' but I have shamefully read it out of pure interest... I wouldn't say it's based on any hard scientific evidence (to say the least), but it does make a good observation that people can act like 'magnets', in that we can project certain emotions/states of mind and affect the people around us.
So maybe when you're feeling 'psychic' you tend to have 'psychic experiences' ... and you act calm around babies and dogs, becuse you're telling yourself 'I have this calming effect on them'. So maybe its just a case of being able to will something mentally? It's like pick-up artists tend to purposely focus their minds on positive confident thoughts before they go out on the game, and as a result they genuinely come across as more confident because of this.
So, in conclusion to my long *** answer, I would say that its all most likely in your head, but as a result of this you're noticing/remembering/attracting aforementioned experiences.
You seem kind of high on yourself, I have it all the time but on a much smaller scale, I think you're over exaggerating IMHO.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
