Just ignore her. For whatever reason, your landlord is a nut job. Ignore her, and she'll get bored and stop her nonsense.
Legally, she cannot do anything. The late rent payment is irrelevant. The fact that she wants to move back in is also irrelevant.
There are some places that allow a landlord to evict a tenant when the landlord intends to move into the home. However, those places are areas that have rent control and as part of the rent control scheme, landlords cannot evict ANY tenant (i.e. Tenants whose leases have expired) without cause.
As long as the lease is effective, landlord cannot arbitrarily terminate the lease just because landlord wants to move back into the home.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
