He's looking pretty old! I don't watch the show, but I saw an excerpt where he was interviewing Ringo and he kept calling him George or Paul. Someone his age should particularly know which Beatle he was talking to.
I never watch his show, so I won't miss him at all. I've never understood his draw? .
Me either. The couple of times I watched I thought his interviews were pretty boring but what do I know. :) LouLou 12 months ago .
Actually, I've heard of him, but never actually watched his program, so happy retirement to him. May he follow my advice to retirees: "don't tell anyone or they will all come up with something for you to do." .
My husbands a retired carpenter, he always keeps a low profile. LouLou 12 months ago .
My mother has been a state officer or a national officer for her garden club, my father is a battalion chief, association accountant, and one of the apparatus committee for the fire department, both are officers in a local memorial garden, and they have logged more miles of travel since they retired than in the entire time before. Last summer my dad drove a brand new engine from Florida to Oregon.
It sounds like a lot but I bet they are enjoying it. LouLou 12 months ago .
In all honesty, he should have retired 10 years ago.
I'm sure he'll be missed by his regulars for awhile. I never connected with him myself. At least he was rather low key over the years compared to say Nancy Grace.
I think the last time I watched him was at least 8 years ago - probably more. And that was only because he was interviewing Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr (for those who don't know - the 2 surviving Beatles) (added note: the Beatles were one of the greatest rock and roll bands of all time - they re-shaped rock in the '60's). When I saw him a few days ago while channel surfing, he looked worse than a zombie in a bad horror flick.
S show has been in 'suspendered animation' for the past 10 years. He has become lackluster and dull in his response. Time to go!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
