Mira de seguro lo hace porque esta nervioso y como es un niño quizás no sabe como actuar ante tal sentimiento,pero lo que si te puedo decir es que al ser un niño te evitara por el simple hecho de que le gustas así que lo que te recomiendo es que lo busques tu y le digas lo que sientes tenle paciencia y no te enfades si te evita o no te busca eso es porque no sabe como tomarlo pero mi consejo es que le digas lo que sientes.
