Most call it a pick these days, it is also referred to as plectrum. The thing is - you rarely use regular guitar picks with ukuleles. The vast majority of ukuleles use nylon strings and it is not common to use picks at all - most ukulele players strum with their thumb and/or fingers.
If a pick is used (on a ukulele) it is usually a soft one, like a felt pick. Also, a pick - any pick/plectrum - don't need to be triangular, they come in all sorts of shapes and sizes.
