Leaving a dog home alone...?

Well if you're getting an older dog that has basic training down it should be okay. Somethings to keep in mind. 1) even a house trained dog can have accidents in a new environment.

Though this won't last to long. Just don't expect perfection right away. 2) are they going to be able to at least let him out to go potty?

3) what's the dogs energy level? If it's higher you'll need to figure out someway for him to get out and burn off energy during the day. Honestly as long as the dog isn't crated and alone all day he should be fine.

As long as they can provide basic care for him.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
