First of all conservatives love to distort and exaggerate. The Premier of Newfoundland going to the US to have surgery would be akin to the Governor of North Dakota going to Canada for surgery.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
