A gas powered device is not a firearm under California law (Pen C 12001(b)), thus laws pertaining to loaded or concealed firearms are inapplicable. There are laws which may restrict possession of such devices in government buildings, schools, and airports. I say "may" because many of the laws refer to devices which expel a metallic projectile, and thus would not apply to a device which expels a plastic projectile (like an Airsoft gun).
I know of no state law which would regulate the possession of a pellet gun in a vehicle. There may, however, be applicable local ordinances.
Unloaded with ammo separate in the car is legal.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
