When voting best answers it is my advice that the sources are checked. It may take a bit more time but it will avoid voting an answer as best when it really isn't. I have found outdated sources and links that did not go to the proper source.

Plus I have found that some answers that I would have voted for turn out to be borderline plagiarism. Thank-you Anonymous for the link to be able to get to an older page. It will make it a lot easier than constantly hitting the next button to get to some questions in the middle of the queue.

Since almost all undecided questions are the M$0.25 ones, I suggest splitting your voting efforts between "highest tip" until you reach the M$0.25 level (currently a bit into the third page) and then sort by "oldest first." This will allow people with answers potentially worth more money get their ratings quickly, and then help those who have been waiting longest.
