Yeah they made a sequel to that one as well with Ally Sheedy in it called Buried Alive II. The husband is cheating on his wife and he and his girlfriend poison the wife. She comes to in the graveyard, and Tim Matheson's character from the first movie helps her out, but I think he dies shortly thereafter.
