An object has the color it has because it absorbs all colors besides the color it appears. In other words, imagine a green sign. The sign absorbs all colors except green, which it reflects and you then see.
So, what would happen to red light hitting a blue surface? A blue surface ABSORBS everything except blue which it reflects. The red light then is just absorbed, you won't see it.
If an object reflects all colors, it appears white. Think of sunlight. Sunlight is white light, but when it goes through a prism you can see the different colors of the rainbow.
When all colors are present it is white light. To make white light, you would have to emit all colors. You can make a green piece of paper appear black if you shine light on it that doesn't have green light (i.e.
Pass light through, say, a red filter. The filter will absorb everything but red light. The red light will then strike the green paper.
The paper is green because it absorbs all colors except for green. Because the only color hitting the paper is red, no green can be reflected and the paper will appear black.).
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
