Those piercings are really not a big deal, you should let her get them. I don't think its much about the piercings when it comes to work, but more the jewelry. It wouldn't be expensive.

When I say the jewelry, like if she has huge earrings in and a freaky looking tragus jewel, that could affect. But those piercings are so gorgeous with subtle jewels like small studs, diamonds, pearls. If anything goes wrong or she grows out of them they'll close up no biggie.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
