Log4net ADO.NET Appender works on Dev Fabric, but fails silently on Azure?

I just ran into this and spent the better part of the day trying to figure it out. It came down to the fact that SQL Azure requires clustered indexes on your tables. The example SQL code provided by log4net to create the Log table does not have a clustered index, which is a requirement for SQL Azure.

Adding any data at all to the table will fail unless it has a clustered index (as of the time this is written).

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
