Looking for a jQuery File Uploader?

Ya. I looked into it but it does not seem have a downgrade. – chobo2 Dec 16 at 20:30.

This jquery plugin has downgrade option and has some good documentation blueimp.github.com/jQuery-File-Upload.

Ya, I saw this one but I could not find if it was using flash or what it was using. Where does it say that is downgrades(and to what? ) – chobo2 Dec 16 at 20:34 It doesn't use flash to upload files.IT uses iframe technique to upload files in case the browser doesn't support HTML5 else uses the HTML5 file API.

Here is a really nice looking solution, and unlike others, is pure jQuery (no Flash®, no PHP)... uniformjs.com/ It uses customizable themes and can be applied to all of your form elements.

I should have mentioned that I am using ajax as well. So I think I need like html5 or flash as my understanding was javascript can't access the file system and that causes a problem with trying to do an uploader in ajax. – chobo2 Dec 16 at 20:32 @chobo2, you said you don't require multiple file upload capabilities, so then the browser's default file upload element will work: .

If that's true, then you can use this to make it look consistent cross browser. It only alters the look & feel of the standard form element. – Sparky672 Dec 16 at 22:07 I still don't think that will work if I am serializing the form and sending it through ajax.

Can you provide an example? – chobo2 2 days ago @chobo2, Can you provide an example? Does your form work by using or not?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
