Loptop wount boot up?

Your windows is corrupted. Either the hard drive us bad or the operating system has gone bad. Run tests on you hard drive.

If it is fine, then reinstall windows.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
