Yes. Just matrix multiply your 3d vectors with the view matrix and in case of perspective projection divide by the homogenous coordinate. See Wikipedia on 3D projection for the mathematical details.
Which also provides a decomposition of the matrix so you don't need to deal with matrices if you wish.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
