Keep in mind that the 15" MacBook Pro has quad-core processors. This is something that many people get confused with, so don't sweat it. The 13" Pro has dual-core processors, which basically means you can double the GHz to get the accurate speed of the computer.
With the 15", though, you can quadruple (x4) the GHz to get the real speed. This means the 15" is actually faster. However, from what you're saying, the 13" will suit your needs perfectly fine.
It's also cheaper, smaller, and lighter-weight, meaning it's far more portable than the 15". Also, don't even consider the MacBook Air - we're talking about Call of Duty here - an ultraportable just won't cut it. Lastly, you've made the right call with the non-Retina display thing - there's been excessive hype about it that is really uncalled for.
Everything depends on budget. For your needs, I'd say the 13 inch is good enough.
Well, if you want a slightly larger screen, then get the 15 inch. But really, the 13 inch is all you need and it has 10 hours of battery life and I think the 15 and 17 inch ones have like 8 or 9 hours? I believe the 15 has more memory but honestly, my MacBook Pro 13 inch is working fine for me and it's great for watching movies, going on YouTube etc. ~Buffy the Vamp Slaya.
In my opinion, an iPad is a big enough screen for me. You don't need the extra 2 inches. It's an extra crap ton of money.
Get the 1799.99 13 inch mac. It has 512gb of Flash storage, meaning that it's lightyears faster then a regular hard drive. You only need 8gb of ram.
You could get a 1TB time capsule to throw pics on and essays. The graphics processor on the Laptop is integrated but it's iris which is plenty for your games. The i5 is a quad core, you don't need an i7 because hyperthreading isn't needed for someone like you.
You're not doing extreme editing.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
