He was trained by Yoda, not sure who Kylo Ren was trained by. I'm not sure who's stronger in the force. However, it's interesting how Kylo Ren actually encountered some difficulty facing off against the barely trained Rey and Fin.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
