In America, there is good medical care for the people who can maintain the Insurance but health care for the poor is deplorable who failed to continue the Insurance coverage. The medical set up is made as such that any treatment in America is very costly which is not so even in a developing country like India. The medical system is far well organized in develop country like UK and Canada in compare to America.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
