To correct the registration status displayed by Cisco TMS, follow these steps: • Ensure that all the registrations of the MCU have been successful. €¢ Log into the Cisco TelePresence MCU • Go to Settings > Gatekeeper. €¢ Under Current status, click details next to Number of active registrations.
€¢ Ensure that all listed IDs have a status of OK. If not, troubleshoot your MCU's gatekeeper settings and check for duplicates or conflicts between the MCU's alias and prefix settings and any existing registrations on the gatekeeper. When all statuses display as OK, continue.
