As long as your method isn't getting state from an instance method or global scope variable your method is reentrant and thread safe. It doesn't necessarily have to be static. So something like.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
