Untangling them will demand that you take the time to do it slowly and carefully. Find one end of one cable and extract it 'in reverse' so that more and more of the cable comes free from the others. Never jerk or pull hard on any cable or connector.
The wires break or tear easily. Keeping them from becoming tangled again is easy: Make each cable into a uniform loop and tie it with something. Wire-core twist ties like those used for produce bags at supermarkets work well for short cables longer cables need longer ties or a different method.
I like 'binder clips' (spring metal, used for holding papers together).
There is no shortcut. It takes time & patience. Coil & wrap all the cables in the drawer to prevent future bird's nests.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
