Manage multiple forms on one page using renderPartial in Yii?

You can create two widgets - for login form and for billing. In view file render necessary widget depends from some parameter (like page state). Parameter can by passed by ajax or request.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
