If you are using IIS for hosting your application, then the default upload file size if 4MB. To increase it, please use this below section in your web.config.

ZSysOp ... +1 I am facing the same issue. Even though increasing the value in httpRuntime attributes; maxRequestLength and requestLengthDiskThreshold solves the problem, there should be a nice way to handle it. As far as I understand, the maximum size that can be set in .
NET 2.0 is 2GB.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
