I have a sneeky feeling that their may be a future Tory leader amoungst that lot! Like these students who oppose cuts in budgets but support hikes in tuition fees will end up like their hero's in government who have announced huge spending cuts and lower corporation taxes for those that own business. People like Mr Ashcroft, Mr Osbourne's family, Mr Cameron and my local MP.
Don't just blame the students! Lord Patten, the chancellor of Oxford university, was instrumental in the campaign to abolish the cap on tuition fees himself. He's likely to be annoyed that the policy has only been changed to a higher cap, he was arguing for no cap at all.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
