MICs can be performed on broth, agar, tubes, or microtiter plates and employ the concept of serial dilution we studied at the beginning of the course. In the macro tube method, an equal amount of suspended bacterial growth is added to 12 tubes. Then a serial dilution of the antimicrobial agent to be tested is performed in the tubes containing the suspended bacteria.
The MIC is the lowest concentration in which there is no visual growth of the organism. Copyright 1999, Hartnell College. All rights reserved.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
