MongoDb capped sub-collection?

You can only specify the overall number of documents of a capped collection. There is no way limit the size of an array unless through some checks in your app.

So the name of the collection is the name of each user. I don't know if MongoDB becomes slow if you have many collections? How many different users do you have?

Something like 100, 1000, 10000...?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
