Monitor UDP packet loss in Windows Server, Java?

The problem is that there is no way to tell that you have lost any packets if you are relying on the UDP format.

If you are concerned about packet loss, use TCP.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
