I am not a doctor and I cannot prescribe any medication for dizziness. I can only share my experience on dealing with dizziness since I experienced it every day for almost 6 months. Dizziness can signify other medical condition. It is a feeling of lightheadedness and it can really affect your ability to perform well enough at work.
I was diagnosed with a condition called vertigo and I really suffered from dizziness and vomiting a lot. Dealing with it is not easy. There are many times that I feel that my environment is always in constant motion and spinning around me.
I always end up lying in bed or sitting down for some safety measures. My doctor prescribed medicines to treat the symptoms of vertigo. I was given antihistamines like Stugeron tablet.
After regular intake of the medicine, the feeling of dizziness was minimized. I am still taking it once daily to prevent onset of nausea and vomiting. However, I am lucky enough to know what causes my dizzy spells.
It is always best to consult your healthcare provider because constant dizziness could be a symptom of a more serious disease.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
