Most efficient way to store a 20 Meg file in a SQL Server 2005 IMAGE Column?

Storing 20MB files in the database sounds like it could cause some performace issues.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
