Sure...anything in moderation as they say. A person should never completely deprive themselves of something that they like because it'll make you crave it more and make you more likely to binge. Just don't overdo it.
The golden arches are usually plastic and eating those in contra-indicated. But if you are talking about the food at McDonald's. Once every week or two can't hurt.
The main thing is for your overall diet to be healthy and appropriately proportions. Both excessive avoidance (e.g. no milkshakes) and excessive inclusion (only granola for breakfast) are signs of a poor diet.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
