Muslims: White woman thinking of converting to Islam, advice?

Do not make this terrible decision. Islam does not mean peace. Islam means submission.

Islam goes against basic human rights like freedom of religion, freedom to write, to criticize, to marry who you want, to think what you want, to wear what you want, etc. Islam is a system of control which seeks to enslave the mind. The brainwashing towards Islam starts from young age. Most of the muslims you will meet have twisted morals.

They claim they are "peaceloving" people but they will never hesitate to condem the Jews, Christians, Atheists, Buddhists, Hindus, and so on. I was a muslim and Muslim/Islamic culture revolves around this theme. In fact, the central theme in the koran is dehumanizing other faiths and religions.

And furthermore it is obvious that the Koran is not from God. Read the biography of Mohamed and the koran. Be very aware of the context in which each verse was 'supposedly' revealed to mohamed.

Take the following as an example (quote from thereligionofpeace.com): Qur'an (33:37) - "But when Zaid had accomplished his want of her, We gave her to you as a wife, so that there should be no difficulty for the believers in respect of the wives of their adopted sons, when they have accomplished their want of them; and Allah's command shall be performed." No doubt millions of young Muslims, trying to outdo one another at memorizing the Qur'an, have wondered about what this verse means and why it is there. In fact, this is a "revelation" of convenience that Allah just happened to hand down at a time when Muhammad lusted after his daughter-in-law, Zaynab, - a state of affairs that disturbed local customs.

The verse "commands" Muhammad to marry the woman (following her husband's gracious divorce). As for why this should be part of the eternal word of God...? - Like the above says -----what on EARTH does this have to do with God or Spirituality? Another one: Qur'an (4:24) - "And all married women (are forbidden unto you) save those (captives) whom your right hands possess."

Allah even permitted Muhammad and his men to have sex with married slaves, such as those captured in battle. -----I advise you to do more research on this so-called religion. -Read the Hadiths also - What would you feel about Sharia LAW in California?

Would you be okay with whippings, stonings, beheadings, in your football stadium? And you should know these punishments are an integral PART OF ISLAM. Meaning you cannot seperate the punishments from the faith.

Anybody who swears by the koran and mohamed as a "prophet" has to believe these punishments were 'divinely sanctioned'. - Read more about islam from the following sites.

Assalamu Alaikum, WR, WB Allah is not racist and doesn't care about your skin color. Whether you will get to live in Yemen or Saudi Arabia will depend on whether they have open immigration. In matter of immigration Saudi Arabia is very much closed unless you get employment in Saudi Arabia.

I don't know what is the Yeme's immigration policy on permanent residence. After a short while stay in any of the two countries, most probably you will opt not to live in part of world and return back to California. I would advise you to first accept Islam, then get into Islamic School of Madina to learn Arabic language and Quranic Studies.

Stay there even if you don't like there for the sake of knowledge. There is a white caucacian Muslim brother named Shaikh Shoaib Web. You can find him in MCC (Muslim Community Center) in the great Mosque of Santa Clara.

He has been in and out of Islamic school of Madina for years. He will be able to get you in the school. Once you complete all scholarly education then teach Islam to fellow Americans on the path of Islam in California and keep visiting Muslim countries also.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
