No, there is no reason you can't keep the cremated remains in whatever type of container you choose. In ALL states it is legal to scatter or bury cremated remains on private property (with the land-owner's permission). Cremation is considered "final disposition" because there is no longer any health hazard.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
