That's pretty strange. You might try feeding him canned food, and add canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling) which will give him more fiber in his diet. But he probably needs to see a vet to determine what the underlying problem is.

We saw our vet , that knows my cat since he was a kitten, back in August. X-RAY was done and enema was given at the vet office. I am giving my cat canned natural pumpkin about 4 ml a day and water about 6ml a day ( using plastic syringes ).

Then I brought my cat in last week and vet had to remove a lot of stool manually . Prescription diet food was recommended and no dry food at all. 1 week came by and I do not see any improvement.My cat started finally eating this new wet food , but throws up a lot.

He poops very little and stool is very dry. I just do not know, what to do anymore . Are there any natural remedies for this?

Maybe there is something about your water that he doesn't like. He's getting fluids somewhere, is he an outdoor cat? Try increasing the pumpkin, maybe add the bottled water to it to make it soup to ensure he gets water.

Add the water to his canned food, basically making him a soup. Make it tastier, add the pumpkin and water to his canned food.

I don't know if you could do this for your cat, but when my son was a baby they told me to mix brown sugar with water. It is a natural stool softner and always worked. You should ask your vet if you could do it for your cat.

The vet recommended prescription diet wet food only and gave meds for easy bowel movements , canned pumpkin couple of times a day And my cat needs to lose weight , about 3 to 4 lb. I am giving him bottled water too. Thank you!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
