My 90 year old mother always says she is sick but she actually is in good health, how can I stop this?

If I was 90 years old I would want to make sure I have someone around me all times. Be greatful for having her so long. I envy you.

Does Mom have friends and relatives that visit? Does she belong to a senior citizen group? Get her a kitty for company.

Not a dog because it needs to be taken for a walk. Sit down and ask her to give you the details of all the symptoms and write them down suggesting to go for a doctor's visit and all the tests required. If it is all in her mind she will feel better real soon.

My mother did the same thing, and my brothers and sister and I would joke and say to my mother as a greeting, " what hurts today.
