My book is up for pre-order and is being sold through Amazon (not the publisher) - how do I get it in sub-categories?

To clarify, the publisher set-up the book page for pre-sale, but Amazon is the retailer (not through the publisher on Amazon. Com). Currently there is no category being shown (so no way to find my book through browsing the site, other than to know the title name).

How can I get my book placed into multiple categories? BTW, is it possible to get some kind of synopsis posted for your book, along with some reader reviews? That would definitely improve your chances of sales. And any chance you will have a Kindle edition of your book?

I actually did have a synopsis posted. Then, the publisher went to edit a small portion and Amazon took it down (a whole other issue we are tackling, lol). I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
