My company is registered as an LLC in the US, but we just attained a client overseas. Should we open a bank acct in that country?

You have a nice problem. Unless the account is huge or you will be spending a lot of timein that country, there is no reason to have a separate account with an overseas bank. I have only dealt with Caribbean and Central American accounts but there is no problem with just having them wire money to any bank.

Some of my closer customers even used their credit card. No problem man. If however you are looking at a huge account, you have a lot of options that you should seek out a good accountant with overseas experience.

You can have as many bank accounts or even companies under one banner as you care to have. There can be so many options and ramifications and grey areas and tax ramification with those choices that you need a seasoned expert, not some cousin Johnny. I always trust an accountant over a lawyer for asking the hypothetical, but that is just me.

Also if your sending product overseas a good freight broker is worth their fee too. Good luck with whatever you chose.

Unlike most other formation agents, we can offer our client the choice between two different banks: HSBC or Barclays.

This service is particularly beneficial for clients who may have had a bad experience previously with one of the banks and may wish to opt for an alternative. The first option package for non-UK residents and its upgrades does not include this service in the price of companies’ formation. At the same time with our packages for non-UK customers, you have a chance to open a bank account not just in the UK, we are offering many offshore countries where we can open a business bank account for behalf of a UK private limited company.

The business bank account service requires you to fill out the necessary paperwork for the bank beforehand, providing personal details (for which you will be subject to a credit check). The bank may wish to do an identification check to satisfy their own criteria that you are legally able to bank with them. It is important to remember that while Coddan will provide this service, acting as an introductory medium between the client and the bank, the actual opening of the account is the bank's discretion.

This service is a feature of the packages for UK customers, available to UK residents only. Incorporation Time: How Long it Takes to Complete the Registration of Your Private Company Whether you take a package for UK customers or you opt to go for our packages for non-UK customers, the time for the incorporation is the same. It usually takes between three and five working hours from the moment you submit your application until the time you receive your company documents.

In some instances if you submit your application later than 2:00 p.m. , you may receive your documents in the next working day, depending on how many companies are on the Companies House queue. If, for whatever reason, you need to register a company on the same day and cannot afford to risk the possibility that it will register the following day, you can pay additional monies for the same day incorporation.

This will guarantee that your company is registered within the same working day, which is beneficial to you - should you need to meet bank appointments or access to your unique company code for a contractual obligation. The guaranteed same day incorporation feature is available in all the packages on offer at Coddan CPM. I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
