Yes and no. If they are not fragmented all over the drive, it shouldnt slow you down. If they are, the drive will take longer to access them.
Once the program has loaded into ram tho, it shouldnt slow it down unless the pc has to constantly access the drive for data.
The number of programs installed on your hard drive is nearly irrelevant, unless the programs messed up Windows on your computer when they were installed. Other than that-- unless you are running all these applications at once, you should be fine! A solid-state drive doesn't affect this situation.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
