My computer, running window vista, is lagging and freezing, please help?

You need to do 4 things here 1. Run a complete scan for malware. Install Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware http://www.malwarebytes.org 2 Clean hard drive and registry with CCleaner http://www.ccleaner.com Run this program in it's default settings,make no changes 3 Defrag your hard drive with Smart Defrag http://www.iobit.com Run in Deep Optimization 4.

Run your Disk Check utility to correct any problems with your OS,including misplaced registry keys,etc.Go to Start,Find Run and open that. Type CHKDSK in searchbox and click OK. Let the program run until it finished and closes by itself.

Do in this order. BTW,all these programs are free.

If so go back to msconfig and reeanble a few things at a time and reboot. Keep doing this until your computer crashes, and you should be able to find the culprit. You can also try running http://www.microsoft.com/security/malwar...

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
