Depending on the age of the laptop Dell might be able to work with you to get things resolved (I've always had great luck with Dell support). If you don't want to go that route you can go to Best Buy (though the Geek Squad is often over priced and don't have a clue what they are doing). The best option would be finding a local computer shop since they are going to likely be the most honest with you and not want to simply sell you a new laptop.
I would bring it wherever you bought it, or else get it analyzed at a PC repair shop. They may do a free troubleshooting, you should check it out.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
