My dad received the I601a waiver however he did a federal burglary 23 years ago. He changed , will the UCIS interviewer revoke the waiver?

It should not matter. Unless he becomes a citizen you cannot legalize your status.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
