My daughter seems to be very excited since a friend at school told her he would give her a kitty for her birthday which?

1 than I am about pets and because secretly I hope for the kid to have forgotten about the promise he made to my daughter. I feel bad to say now since I know how much she love animals as well as I did as I was her age but I am not sure we are ready to receive a pet at out home. Even one day we found two abandoned puppies at the part and she wanted to keep them, they were so cute, but my husband said NO right away.

And our economical situation was a little better than now. We just told the security guard there about the puppies and he took care of it, he even asked if we wanted them. Anyway, I want advice of which would be the best decision in this case.

Thanks to all in advance.

2 You didn't finish in the DB! In any event, you have no idea whether or not the other student will actually give your daughter a "kitty" for her birthday. Kids say a lot of things like that that never really occur.

Mull over the situation, and--if that other child really does try to give yours a "kitty"--make sure that your daughter is old enough to treat it properly, and that you are correctly prepared as well, to take good care of the cat throughout its lifetime.

3 Sorry about my spelling error, I mean "I feel bad to say no" and"I am not sure we are ready to receive a pet at our home" "Even one day we found two abandoned puppies at thepark" .

Predator replied to post #1: 4 (You finished in the DB while I was writing. )If actually offered, only accept the cat if you are fully prepared in all ways--psychologically and financially--to give it a lifetime of proper care (particularly if your daughter is too young to be fully responsible for it, and give it all the care it needs, and therefore a lot of the care falls to you). Don't forget shots, vet health visits, etc.--they are all part of the package.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
