Being investigated for rape does not mean guilt, but if this were my 15yr old daughter I would have already put an end to the situation. I do not mean to sound harsh or judge but if she has already been caught twice where were you that would allow your daughter to be in this position anyways? Once teens start having sex at this age it is nearly impossible to stop them.

Well im not a parent but I am teenager and I think he would get in trouble with the police as she is underage and he has already been investigated, plus if he is threatening your 10 year old it makes matters worse If I was in you shoes and found out my daughter done that, I would make it all stop, sorry if its not much advise but I dnt really have anything to say.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
