It may not be cancer. There are many other things it could be such as benign tumours, urinary tract infection, or some other treatable problem. It could even be just one of those things that aging animals get.
Take her to the vet again and discuss the issue - you owe it to your dog and yourself.

I am so sad to hear that. I have a boxer as well, and they do tend to get problems as they age of course. Taking her to the vet is all you can do and follow the best direction of what the Vet tells you to do.
Hopefully she is not in pain or gets much worse. Maybe there is some alternative medicine or treatment or something that you could try?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
