You do need to take him to a vet to make him vomit. Dark chocolate is the most poisonous of all chocolates and a king size of dark chocolate will kill. I don't know why others are saying it won't.

This is a serious matter since like I said, it's dark chocolate. And 13 pounds is a lightweight. 2 ounces is severe toxicity for your size dog.
