Tell her how you feel about your friend ship and that your not willing to mess that up I didn't write the above and don't know how it got here, but I agree. My answer is: Be nice, but open and honest with her as soon as you get the chance. You can say you've noticed she seems to care for you as more than just a friend and that you're sorry, but you don't feel the same about her. And/or you can ask her questions about the gal you do like so that your friend is made aware that you're interested in someone else.
However it feels best to do it, even if it makes you fell very uncomfortable, do it. As a friend it is important that you have empathy/compassion for her feelings, but don't get hooked into thinking you're responsible for your friends feelings because you're not.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
