Yep this is (ab) normal! Its just like any other Government subsidy, take a # fill out the form , get denied, appeal, get denied again fill out the form again... you know the drill & in the end is it worth it ... not really & IF your white ... forget it ... its the same with social security too... but that you pay into & when you want to get it back( by the time I am able) their won't BE any social security... but thats ok because #1 I AM NOT social & #2 there IS no security.

That's great! Unfortunately,when most folks need food stamps they barely have money for transportation,facing,eviction,phone May be off, etc..Expedited or snap in general is a wait,hope and see.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
