Wash it daily. With time and washing the color will fade.

A more natural way to lighten your hair is to mix 2 parts lemon juice and 1 part honey and to apply it evenly over your head and stay in the sun for a few hours, or alternatively if you have no lemons, vinegar will work just as well. After shampooing a couple of weeks, it does get lighter. You can always go back to the hairdresser, but if you don't want to, there is a solution. Clairol has a product in the beauty supply stores that takes color out.
