This message is not indicative that your joystick is problematic. In 99.9% of the cases, the game port is not configured correctly. Refer to the documentation that came with your sound card or game card.
Most people do not understand that the game port is an integral component when it comes to joystick capability. SimStar is a standard, analog joystick. As such, it is a relatively unintelligent device.
The intelligence lies within the game port and its drivers. In some cases, it is necessary to remove the "Gameport Joystick" entry from the Windows Device Manager, then add it back to get it working properly. We cannot provide support for properly setting up your game port.
Consult the manufacturer of your computer system, sound card, or game card. Another problem that we have found is that other joystick drivers will interfere with the proper operation of the SimStar joystick. For example, let's say that you have two joysticks listed in the Control Panel.
The first joystick listed is ... more.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
